BAR SUPERVISOR WANTED BAR HERNANDEZ & PICCOLO BAR TEAM IN POTTS POINT

Bar Hernandez, our little Euro neighbourhood bar is currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team. We're open 6 days a week from 4pm serving classic cocktails, lots of vermouth & aromatised wine and tasty snacks. All staff get the 50% discount at Bar Hernandez & Piccolo Bar.

 

We have the option of taking on one full-timer (would suit a permanent resident) or 2 x part timers (would suit Student Visa applicants).

 

You will need:

Ideal candidate will have a min of 5 years in hospitality and 2 years in cocktail bartending a must. Previous management or supervisor experience is a plus but not necessary.

Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities include managing staff breaks, writing reports, bartending, FOH and delivering top level customer service in our small neighbourhood bar environment.
